Colombia
In Colombia, we have identified 225 acres of privately held seaside land located on the 50 km stretch of North Coast that separates Cartagena and Barranquilla. This location, also referred to as the “Golden Gate”, is in the Mahates area, which is considered to be very safe and welcoming to travelers. Its pristine virgin beaches attract visitors from the US and Mexico during the winter months. The planned resort would consist of multiple hotels, two Casinos, a retail mall of approximately 400,000 sq. ft., 200 acre golf and tennis complex, an amphitheatre, a technology centre, a 100,000 sq. ft. meeting and banquet area, as well as other potential elements.
Oklahoma
In Oklahoma, we have forged strong relationships and are working toward a formal partnership that would entitle us to operate under a class 3 gaming license. In addition, we currently have under option over 1,300 and access to an additional 1,000 of adjacent private land upon which to build the rest of the resort. This land is just 45 minutes from Oklahoma City. We aim to develop the land to include several hotels, a casino, a film studio, a luxury brand outlet, a water park, a possible theme park, a golf course, and other potential elements designed to make the planned complex an international caliber destination. Notably, Oklahoma has one of North America’s most lucrative film incentives programs, offering a production tax credit of up to 30%. We anticipate that our planned infrastructure, combined with available tax incentives, would create an attractive destination for major studios.
